The FYRA Board of Directors is a volunteer board and, in line with our FYRA constitution (By-Law 12) - all members of the Executive, excepting the Past President shall be elected every two years on an alternating basis at an annual meeting.

Roles & Responsibilities

President
The President is the Chief Executive Officer of the Association and shall:

  • Direct the association’s general operations in accordance with its Constitution, By-Laws, and Policies.
  • Chair all Board, Annual (AGM), and Special General meetings, ensuring procedural rules are strictly followed.
  • Represent FYRA as the primary spokesperson at Ringette New Brunswick (RNB) meetings or appoint a delegate.
  • Oversee the integrity of the conflict resolution process and appoint alternates to the Complaints Committee as required to ensure impartiality.
  • Act as an ex-officio member of all standing and ad hoc committees to ensure alignment with board vision.
  • Cast the deciding vote in the event of a tie during official board proceedings. 


Vice President
The Vice-President is to act for the President in the event of his/her absence, including presiding over Board meetings and annual meetings, and assumes the duties of the President in the event the President is unable to complete their term. 

  • Complaints Committee Chair: Serves as the primary intake point and Chair for the Complaints and Discipline Committee, ensuring all formal concerns are documented and addressed within stipulated timelines.
  • Process Management: Oversees the fair application of the Code of Conduct for players, parents, and coaches, coordinating necessary interviews or hearings to resolve disputes.
  • Policy Stewardship: Regularly reviews FYRA’s Bylaws and Operating Policies to ensure they remain current and align with Ringette New Brunswick (RNB) standards.
  • Executive Support: Provides administrative and strategic support to the President and leads special projects or sub-committees as assigned by the Board of Directors.
  • Member Advocacy: Acts as a liaison between the membership and the Board, helping to facilitate open communication and ensuring member concerns are formally brought to the executive table.
  • Annual Reporting: Prepares and submits a formal report to the AGM regarding the status of the association's governance and any non-confidential disciplinary trends.


Treasurer
The Treasurer is to control, and to keep accurate books of account of, all monies, securities and receipts and disbursements thereof, presents monthly financial reports at regular meetings, prepares and presents an annual budget at the AGM, prepares financial statements for current year for the AGM and delivers current year financials to the auditor once appointed at the AGM.

  • Fiscal Stewardship: Deposits all funds belonging to the FYRA into a board-approved financial institution and maintains the secure custody of all association assets and securities.
  • Authorized Disbursements: Disburses funds to pay all authorized expenses and ensures that all cheques are co-signed by two Board-designated signing officers.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepares a comprehensive account of all transactions and the current financial position for presentation at every regular board meeting.
  • Budgetary Control: Collaborates with the Board of Directors to draft the annual operating budget, monitoring year-to-date spending against projections to ensure the association remains in good standing.
  • Audit Coordination: Prepares the year-end financial statements and delivers all necessary documentation to the auditor or financial reviewer appointed at the AGM.
  • Data Retention: Maintains all financial records in a digital, encrypted format for a minimum of seven (7) years to ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulatory requirements and to protect historical financial integrity.
  • Fundraising Oversight: Collaborates with the Director of Managers to oversee the fundraising policy; while the Director of Managers manages the execution and approval of team activities, the Treasurer ensures all generated funds are reported and reconciled.
  • Statutory Compliance: Files all necessary provincial and federal financial documentation and ensures the association's non-profit status remains in good standing.
  • Team Support: Provides guidance to team treasurers regarding the standardized team budget templates and reporting requirements. 

 

Secretary
The Secretary is to record and maintain in safe keeping complete and accurate documentation of all Association matters and prepare and distribute agenda, minutes and meeting documents.

  • Meeting Documentation: Attends all Board, Annual (AGM), and Special General Meetings to record accurate minutes, ensuring all motions and action items are captured as a clear reflection of the board's work.
  • AGM Coordination: Acts as the central coordinator for the Annual General Meeting, gathering reports from all Directors and organizing the AGM package—including the agenda and previous minutes—to ensure the membership is well-informed.
  • Board Liaison: Facilitates internal communication by sending out meeting requests and ensuring every Director has the agenda and necessary documents ready. 
  • Corporate Record Keeping: Serves as the guardian of the Association’s Constitution, Bylaws, and historical records, ensuring this valuable knowledge is preserved for future volunteers.
  • Ex-Officio Board Support: Participates in Board proceedings as an ex-officio, non-voting member, acting as a neutral resource to support the board’s discussions and ensuring the association's administrative history is reflected in current decisions.
  • Policy Updates: Collaborates with the Vice President to ensure that any newly approved policies are correctly integrated into the official Association records.

 

Director of Operations
The Director of Operations is to procure ice time from the City of Fredericton, book other facilities as needed, distribute ice time across all programs, and represent FYRA provincially for the coordination of the interlocking league schedule.

  • Ice Procurement & City Liaison: Acts as the primary representative to the City of Fredericton Recreation Department to secure and manage seasonal ice contracts, ensuring FYRA’s needs are met within municipal allocation policies.
  • Equitable Resource Distribution: Orchestrates the master ice schedule for the association, ensuring ice time is distributed equitably across all age groups and divisions—balancing practices, league games, and FYRA-hosted tournaments.
  • Interlocking League Coordination: Represents FYRA at Ringette New Brunswick (RNB) scheduling meetings to integrate home ice slots into the interlocking provincial schedule and ensure league play requirements are fulfilled.
  • Facility & Logistics Management: Manages the booking of all off-ice facilities for board meetings, clinics, and special events, serving as the logistical point of contact for the Board and the Secretary.
  • Collaborative Season Launch: Spearheads the operational calendar for the season’s start in close coordination with the Director of Coaching and Director of Athlete Development, ensuring ice and facilities are secured for Tier 1 tryouts and divisional evaluations.
  • Operational Reporting: Provides the Board with regular updates on ice utilization, seasonal timelines, and logistical deadlines, while proactively reporting on any facility issues or scheduling conflicts that arise.


Director of Coaching Development
The Director of Coaching Development is to actively participate in the continued development and progress of all FYRA coaches, recruit and evaluate coaching staff, and supervise the team selection process to ensure the smooth operation and growth of all divisions.

  • Coach Recruitment & Selection: Spearheads the recruitment process for all age divisions (including FUN1), interviewing candidates and recommending head & assistant coaching staff to the Board for formal ratification.
  • Divisional Oversight & Team Formation: Oversees the general operation of all FYRA divisions, supervising the evaluations and team selection process to ensure transparency, fairness, and alignment with FYRA pathways.
  • Staff Roster Management: Ensures each team adheres to the maximum five-person on-ice coaching staff limit as per Ringette Canada guidelines and coordinates with the Registrar to confirm all coaches are rostered in RAMP before they participate in any team activities.
  • Certification & Performance Review: Monitors the progress of coaching staff throughout the season using compliance reports from the Registrar; provides mentorship, conducts annual coaching reviews, and addresses any concerns regarding on-bench conduct.
  • Professional Development: Organizes coaching clinics and workshops in partnership with Ringette New Brunswick, identifying and promoting opportunities for NCCP training and certification.
  • Program Implementation: Implements and annually reviews the FYRA Coaching Development Program to ensure it reflects current best practices in youth sport and athlete safety.
  • Collaborative Season Launch: Spearheads the operational calendar for the season’s start in close coordination with the Director of Operations and Director of Athlete Development, ensuring ice and facilities are secured for Tier 1 tryouts and divisional evaluations.
  • Board Reporting: Provides regular updates to the Board on coaching status, divisional health, and the progress of volunteer development initiatives.


Director of Officials

The Director of Officials is to ensure the presence of competent officials at all FYRA games, oversee the recruitment, assignment, and development of all on-ice officials, and implement and annually review the officiating Development Program.

  • Strategic Pathway Development: Leads the Long-Term Officiating Development (LTOD) strategy for FYRA, ensuring a clear progression path for officials to move from Level 1 (Community) toward higher provincial and national ranks.
  • Recruitment & Mentorship: Spearheads recruitment targeting older players and parents, implementing a mentorship program where senior officials "shadow" and coach junior referees to build confidence and high-level game management skills.
  • Strategic Assignment: Manages the fair and effective distribution of game assignments, ensuring officials are placed in games that match their certification level and development needs while coordinating closely with the Director of Operations.
  • Certification Oversight: Ensures all FYRA officials meet Ringette New Brunswick (RNB) and Ringette Canada requirements, including attending mandatory clinics and refresher courses.
  • Identification of Talent: Proactively identifies high-potential officials for participation in provincial development programs and recommends them for regional and provincial championship assignments.
  • Evaluations & Upgrades: Orchestrates the evaluation calendar to ensure officials receive the necessary on-ice assessments from certified evaluators required to upgrade their levels.
  • Rule Change Advocacy: Serves as the association’s primary resource for rule interpretations and ensures all officials and the Board are briefed on Ringette Canada’s official rule book updates.
  • Minor Officials Support: Provides guidance and training resources for minor officials (shot-clock operators, timekeepers, and scorekeepers) to ensure a professional and consistent environment at all FYRA games.


Director of Promotion & Retention

The Director of Promotion & Retention is to ensure the promotion of the sport of Ringette and the FYRA by implementing and annually revising the FYRA Promotion and Retention Plan, overseeing all official correspondence, and reporting on activities at regular meetings.

  • Primary Communications Hub: Monitors and manages the primary FYRA email account, serving as the first point of contact for public inquiries and ensuring all messages are responded to or redirected to the appropriate Director.
  • Association Newsletters: Orchestrates regular association-wide updates and digital newsletters, keeping the membership informed on key dates, season highlights, and Board decisions.
  • Apparel & Brand Merchandise: Oversees the design, procurement, and promotion of all official FYRA-branded apparel; acts as the primary liaison with approved vendors to coordinate seasonal online stores and ensures a consistent professional look across the association.
  • Strategic Growth Initiatives: Spearheads the execution of the annual Promotion & Retention Plan, focusing on increasing overall membership numbers, particularly for introductory programs.
  • Survey Distribution & Feedback: Facilitates the Member Feedback Loop by distributing association-wide surveys—including Coaching and FUN1 program reviews created by the Director of Coaching and Member at Large—to the membership and compiling results for Board review.
  • Event Promotion: Promotes key association activities such as "Come Try Ringette" events, tournaments, and the Annual General Meeting (AGM), ensuring all formal notices are sent according to association timelines.
  • Digital Presence & Website Management: Oversees the FYRA website and social media platforms, ensuring content is current, engaging, and compliant with Ringette New Brunswick and Safe Sport policies.
  • Sponsorship & Brand Stewardship: Collaborates with the Treasurer on sponsorship materials and ensures all teams and promotional materials adhere to FYRA Branding Guidelines for professional visuals.

 

 


Director of Managers
The Director of Managers is responsible for the recruitment, development, and evaluation of all team managers, providing ongoing support to ensure the efficient administrative operation of FYRA teams.

  • Manager Recruitment & Onboarding: Spearheads the recruitment of team managers for all divisions, ensuring each team has a qualified administrative lead who is fully briefed on FYRA and Ringette New Brunswick (RNB) requirements.
  • Equipment & Jersey Management: Manages the distribution and collection of all team game jerseys and practice jerseys, ensuring strict adherence to the FYRA Jersey Care Policy to maintain association assets.
  • Travel & Accommodation: Coordinates association-wide travel logistics, including securing hotel room blocks for Provincials and one other pre-identified tournament each season, ensuring efficient and cost-effective travel for members.
  • Association Photography: Oversees the hiring and coordination of the official association photographer, scheduling team and individual player headshots and ensuring a professional standard for FYRA's visual records.
  • Handbook Stewardship: Maintains and annually updates the FYRA Managers Handbook, ensuring it serves as a comprehensive resource for team logistics, communications, and financial protocols.
  • Compliance Coordination: Partners with the Registrar to ensure all managers complete their required Criminal Record Checks (CRC/VSC) and Safe Sport training before the season begins.
  • Fundraising & Financial Oversight: Collaborates with the Treasurer to monitor team-level budgets and ensure all fundraising activities are conducted in accordance with FYRA policy and reported accurately.
  • Manager Training & Development: Organizes seasonal "Manager Meetings" to provide training on RAMP game sheet management, travel logistics, and conflict resolution at the team level.
  • Board Liaison: Acts as the official voice of the managers at Board meetings, reporting on team-level administrative health and recommending improvements to operational workflows.


Player Representative
The Player Representative is to serve as a direct liaison between the athletes and the Board of Directors, ensuring the athlete’s perspective is considered in all deliberations and that the voices of players across all age divisions are represented. 

  • Athlete Advocacy: Acts as the primary advocate for players at the Board table, providing insight into how proposed policies, schedules, or competitive structures will impact the daily experience of the athletes.
  • Peer Liaison & Feedback: Establishes accessible communication channels for U14 and U16/19 players to share their concerns, suggestions, and feedback regarding association programs in a comfortable environment.
  • Mentor Role: Serves as a mentor and role model for younger players, potentially supporting the Director of Coaching in identifying Junior Coaches or on-ice volunteers for the FUN1, FUN2 and U10 divisions.
  • Code of Conduct Support: Encourages high standards of sportsmanship across the association and provides the athlete’s view on disciplinary matters or Code of Conduct updates when requested by the Vice President.
  • Social Media & Engagement: Collaborates with the Director of Marketing & Retention to develop content that resonates with the player membership, helping to increase engagement and promote FYRA events from an athlete's perspective. 
  • Special Projects: Sits on ad hoc committees—such as those for tournaments or player awards - to ensure that the "fun and development" aspects of ringette remain a priority in planning.

Eligibility Note: To ensure the most relevant perspective, it is recommended the position of Player Representative be held by a player between ages 15-18 who is currently registered in good standing with the Fredericton Youth Ringette Association. 


Member at Large
The Member at Large serves as the primary lead for the association’s grassroots growth and introductory athlete experience, while providing a valuable parent perspective to Board deliberations and supporting special initiatives.

  • Parent Advocacy & Perspective: Acts as a representative for the general membership, bringing a parent-focused lens to Board deliberations to ensure association policies and decisions reflect the needs of FYRA families.
  • FUNdamentals 1 (U7) Program Oversight: Serves as the primary point of contact for all U7 Learn to Skate registrants, providing families with a supportive introduction to FYRA and ensuring a smooth transition into the sport.
  • Introductory Team Leadership: Collaborates with the Director of Coaching to recruit on-ice coaches and identifies a dedicated On-Ice Lead to deliver the FUN1 program.
  • Grassroots Recruitment & "Come Try Ringette": Organizes and executes Come Try Ringette events, coordinating ice, equipment, and volunteers to provide a welcoming first experience for prospective athletes.
  • FUN1 Program Review: Leads the review process for the FUN1 program, creating member surveys to assess and improve the introductory experience for new families.
  • Asset Management: Responsible for the selection and purchase of FUN1-jerseys, ensuring the association’s youngest members have the appropriate gear to build team identity.
  • Committee Participation: Serves on ad hoc and special committees as requested by the President.
  • Community Outreach: Assists in recruitment through community engagement and local school promotions to raise the profile of the sport within the City of Fredericton.


Director of Athlete Development
The Director of Athlete Development is to ensure the ongoing development of athletes by continually seeking and improving learning opportunities, implementing and annually reviewing the FYRA Athlete Development Plan, and reporting on all developmental activities at regular Board meetings.

  • Evaluation & Tryout Design: Spearheads the design and execution of the evaluation process for both Tier 1 (Competitive) tryouts and Community (Recreational) evaluations, ensuring objective scoring and fair placement for all athletes.
  • Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD): Ensures that the Athlete Development Plan remains current and aligned with Ringette Canada’s LTAD standards to foster growth across all age divisions.
  • Affiliate Program Oversight: Manages the FYRA Affiliate Player Program, coordinating the process for athletes to be called up in accordance with Ringette New Brunswick (RNB) policies.
  • Play-Down Request Management: Reviews and oversees all player requests to "play-down" for the season, ensuring they meet medical or developmental criteria before presenting them to the Board of Directors for final approval.
  • Player Skill Initiatives: Identifies and sources opportunities for specialized skill development, such as powerskating and shooting workshops, to enhance the technical growth of all FYRA members.
  • Strategic Season Kick-off: Acts as a lead member of the Season Launch Team alongside the Director of Operations and Director of Coaching to secure evaluators and resources for a smooth season start.
  • Resource Advocacy: Advocates for athlete-centered programming and ensures that both competitive and community streams have access to high-quality development resources.

 

Director of Goaltending Development
The Director of Goaltending Development is to ensure the active recruitment and retention of goaltenders across all age divisions, implement and annually review the FYRA Goalie Development Plan, and manage the association’s specialized goaltending equipment inventory.

  • Strategic Recruitment & Retention: Proactively identifies and recruits new goaltenders with a specific focus on the FUN2 and U10 divisions, ensuring a positive and supported introduction to the position.
  • Technical Development: Continually seeks and implements specialized learning opportunities for goaltenders across all levels, including organizing goalie-specific clinics and sourcing guest instructors.
  • LTAD Alignment: Oversees the FYRA Goalie Development Plan, ensuring all training and mentorship align with Ringette New Brunswick and Ringette Canada’s Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) standards.
  • Equipment Inventory & Loaner Program: Manages the association’s goalie equipment registry, coordinating the seasonal distribution and collection of gear for athletes in the FUN2 through U14 programs.
  • Safety & Compliance: Conducts annual inspections of all equipment—specifically helmets, cages, and neck protectors—to ensure they meet current Ringette Canada safety certifications and standards.
  • Capital Planning: Assesses the condition of returned equipment and provides formal recommendations to the Board regarding necessary repairs or the purchase of new capital assets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracks and reports on the progress of goaltenders at regular Board meetings, identifying divisional needs or gaps in specialized support.
  • Coaching Support: Acts as a resource for team coaches, providing them with drills and strategies to effectively integrate goaltender development into regular team practices.

 

Past President
The Past President is to provide continuity and guidance to the Board of Directors, ensuring the smooth transition of leadership and the preservation of the association’s governing history.

  • Nominating Committee Chair: Leads the Nominating Committee to identify and recruit qualified candidates for the Board of Directors, ensuring a full slate of nominees is presented to the membership for the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
  • Election Oversight: Presides over the election portion of the AGM, serving as an impartial officer to oversee the voting process and ensure it adheres to the FYRA Constitution.
  • Executive Advisory: Serves as a senior advisor to the current President and the Board of Directors, offering historical context and guidance on complex governance matters.
  • Constitutional Support: Provides expertise on the interpretation of the Constitution and By-Laws, assisting the Secretary and Vice President in maintaining the integrity of the association’s rules.
  • Succession Planning: Facilitates the orientation of new Board members, ensuring they have access to the necessary records and training to succeed in their roles.
  • Special Projects: Undertakes specific mentorship tasks or leads special committees at the request of the President, leveraging their experience to support long-term strategic goals.

 

FYRA By-Law 11: 
The Executive Board is supported by volunteers performing essential jobs which include, but not limited to the Registrar, Communications Manager, Equipment Manager, Website Manager, Team Managers, Team Coaches, Early Bird Tournament Chairperson, Ringette Camp Coordinator and other special committee and project coordinators. Upon request, these volunteers attend executive meetings to report to the Executive Board. 

Registrar
The Registrar manages the Association’s membership data, ensuring all players and staff are properly rostered and meet Ringette New Brunswick compliance standards. They oversee the online registration portal, coordinating the collection of fees, residency cards, and conduct waivers while enforcing refund and family discount policies. The Registrar acts as the primary administrative link for evaluation data and provincial reporting, ensuring every participant is insured and eligible prior to team activities


The Registrar is to maintain an accurate and up-to-date registry of all Association members, oversee the registration process via the RAMP platform, and ensure all participants meet the necessary administrative and safety requirements.

  • Seasonal RAMP Configuration: Responsible for the complete seasonal setup of the RAMP registration system, including creating registration packages, setting fee structures, and opening the portal for the membership.
  • Provincial Communication: Serves as the primary liaison to Ringette New Brunswick (RNB) for all registration matters, providing regular membership updates and ensuring the association remains in good standing.
  • Municipal Reporting: Collects and maintains an accurate record of City of Fredericton Recreation Card numbers for all registrants and submits required residency reports to the City of Fredericton Recreation Department.
  • Compliance & Safety Intake: Acts as the primary officer for collecting and verifying Criminal Record Checks (CRC/VSC) and Safe Sport training for all volunteers, maintaining a secure and confidential record of eligibility.
  • Certification Auditing: Tracks NCCP coaching certifications and Respect in Sport requirements, providing regular compliance reports to the Director of Coaching.
  • Team Registration (TRF) Coordination: Prepares and submits the official Team Registration Forms (TRF) to Ringette New Brunswick and ensures no participant is added to a roster until their administrative and safety credentials are confirmed.
  • Membership & Financial Reporting: Provides the Board and the Treasurer with regular updates on registration numbers and divisional breakdowns to assist with budgeting and ice allocation.
  • Ex-Officio Advisory: Serves as an ex-officio, non-voting member who may participate in Board proceedings as required; primarily acts as a remote technical resource to provide the Board with membership data and registration guidance.

 

Equipment Manager
The Equipment Manager oversees the organization, maintenance, and seasonal flow of the association’s general on-ice assets (excluding goaltending gear), ensuring all teams have the resources needed for a successful season.

  • Inventory Management: Maintains a detailed, annual registry of all association-owned assets, including team equipment bags, rings, pylons, and first aid kits.
  • Seasonal Distribution: Orchestrates the sign-out and collection of all general team equipment, coordinating with team staff to ensure every division is fully equipped for practices and games.
  • Safety Inspection: Conducts regular inspections of all shared equipment to ensure it is in good repair; immediately retires any gear that is damaged or does not meet Ringette Canada safety standards.
  • Storage Logistics: Oversees the organization and security of the FYRA equipment room, ensuring it remains an efficient and accessible space for authorized volunteers.
  • Asset Planning: Tracks the condition and lifespan of equipment, providing the Board with recommendations for bulk purchases or upgrades to ensure the association’s inventory remains current.

 

FYRA Awards Banquet Chair
The Awards Banquet Chair is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the annual year-end celebration to honor athletes, coaches, and volunteers.

  • Event Planning & Management: Coordinates the entire event lifecycle, including selecting the date, securing the venue (e.g., Tom Morrison Theatre), choosing the caterer, and arranging for any necessary insurance or licenses.
  • Logistics & Setup: Manages the operational details, such as planning décor, arranging audiovisual equipment, coordinating a program schedule, and organizing event day volunteers.
  • Financial Oversight: Works closely with the Treasurer to manage a dedicated event budget, placing deposits, processing ticket payments, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial accountability for the event.
  • Awards Coordination: Collaborates with the Director of Coaching and Director of Athlete Development to compile the list of award recipients, coordinating the ordering and presentation of all trophies and plaques.
  • Guest Management: Coordinates the invitation process, manages the attendee list and RSVPs, and organizes seating arrangements (if applicable) for the evening.
  • Program & Entertainment: Arranges for guest speakers, an MC for the ceremony, and any supplemental entertainment to ensure a celebratory atmosphere.
  • Volunteer Committee Lead: Recruits and leads a committee of volunteers (with representatives from each team, as needed) to delegate specific tasks and ensures all roles are filled for a successful event.
  • Communications Support: Works with the Director of Promotion & Retention to promote the event through email newsletters, the website, and social media to maximize attendance.

 

Ed Benoit Early Bird Tournament Chair
The Tournament Chair is responsible for the overall strategic planning, financial health, and operational execution of the Ed Benoit Early Bird Ringette Tournament, ensuring a high-quality competitive experience for all participants.

  • Board Accountability & Reporting: Provides regular progress updates at FYRA Board meetings throughout the planning process and seeks formal Board approval for the tournament budget, registration fees, and any significant policy changes.
  • Sanctioning & Compliance: Serves as the primary liaison with Ringette New Brunswick (RNB) to secure official tournament sanctioning and ensures all tournament rules and divisional formats comply with provincial standards.
  • Committee Leadership: Recruits and leads the Tournament Committee, delegating specific portfolios such as hospitality, registration, and volunteer management, while presiding over all tournament planning meetings.
  • Logistical Oversight: Collaborates with the Director of Operations to secure required ice time and manages the RAMP tournament registration portal for participating teams.
  • Financial Stewardship: Develops and manages the comprehensive tournament budget in coordination with the Treasurer, overseeing entry fee collection, sponsorship procurement, and vendor payments.
  • Scheduling Coordination: Oversees the creation of the tournament master schedule, ensuring appropriate travel time for out-of-town teams and coordinating with the Director of Officials to ensure all games are fully staffed.
  • Vendor & Facility Management: Negotiates contracts with host hotels (via the Director of Managers), arena staff, and specialized vendors for apparel, photography, and on-site services.
  • On-Site Execution: Serves as the final authority on-site during the tournament weekend, managing the protest and grievance process and ensuring a professional and safe environment for all attendees.
  • Post-Event Reporting: Compiles a final tournament report, including financial reconciliation and participant feedback, to provide continuity and recommendations for future committees.
