Ringette is more than just a sport — it’s a place where friendships, confidence, and teamwork grow on and off the ice. Designed for fun, skill development, and inclusion, ringette encourages players to think fast, move together, and support one another. It’s a fantastic way for children to stay active while learning valuable life skills like communication, cooperation, and perseverance — all in a welcoming, family-focused environment.
At the Fredericton Youth Ringette Association (FYRA), we’re proud to build a strong sense of community that extends well beyond the rink. Families, coaches, and players come together to celebrate each milestone — whether it’s scoring a first goal, learning to skate backwards, or simply making new friends.
If your child is new to skating or team sports, ringette is the perfect place to start! Learn more about our U7 program or U9 program, and when you’re ready to join the fun, you can register here.
