These (free) sessions, which take place at 6am Friday mornings at the Willie, are open to players U10 & up. They’ll once again be run by Coaches Morrison, Wall & Forster with the help of a few other fantastic coaches. For those unfamiliar with the power skating sessions, the focus is on edgework, balance and stride performance not conditioning. Athletes are expected to arrive at the rink with sharp skates, a good work ethic and a willingness to listen learn and push themselves out of their comfort zones.
